Every unit goes through a 72-hour aging test before shipment, which screens out early-life failures of cells, controllers and LED drivers that a short incoming inspection would miss. Incoming lithium cells are batch-tested for capacity and internal resistance, and panel output is verified under a solar simulator.
The facility is BSCI-certified, so buyers who need social compliance documentation for their own retail channels can audit the workshop directly or rely on the existing report.
